TOEFL
The TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) test assesses the ability to understand and use English at the university level. It consists of four sections: Reading, Listening, Speaking, and Writing, evaluating the ability to integrate and apply these four language skills. The main purpose is to assess whether non-native English speakers can undertake university courses in English-speaking countries. It is also used for admissions and employment purposes in over 150 countries worldwide.
The Korean-American Educational Commission operates seven TOEFL testing labs on the 1F, 2F, and B1F, with approximately 150 test administrations annually.
