When registering for the AP exam with the Fulbright Commission (South Korea), please ensure that your legal English name, date of birth (DOB), and email address must ① match the information on the passport or ID you bring on the test day and ② be identical to the information on your College Board account. Failure to provide consistent information may result in being unable to take the test or experiencing delays in receiving your scores.
If there are any discrepancies with the personal information in your College Board account, please contact the College Board to correct them before registering for the exam with Fulbright Korea.
If you have previously taken any APs, SATs, or PSATs, please use your existing account and do not create another College Board account. If you currently have multiple College Board accounts, please contact AP Services for Students to consolidate your accounts so that you have only one AP ID.
If you cannot recall your account credentials, use the self-help option or contact AP Services to regain access.

Eligibility:

Only high school-affiliated students can take exams, at either their own enrolled high school or at other AP-authorized high schools and test centers.

“High school-affiliated” means:

students actively enrolled at a high school, or
high school-level students who are homeschooled, participate in independent study, and/or attend virtual schools; and
any actively enrolled students who may be prepared to take an AP Exam prior to the ninth grade, or
recent high school graduates who need a specific AP Exam for university admission.

Candidates testing with Fulbright Commission (South Korea): Students must also be under the age of 21 (Born on or after June 1, 2004) at the time of the exams in May 2025.

‘한미교육위원단’ (이하 '위원단')은 AP 시험 신청자의 개인정보를 중요시하며, 지원자가 제공한 개인정보의 보호에 각별한 주의를 기울이고 있습니다. 위원단은 '개인정보보호법'과 '정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호에 관한 법률' 등 관련법 상의 개인정보 보호 규정을 준수하며, 개인보호정책은 법령 및 정부치침의 변경과 보다 나은 개인정보 이용을 위해 그 내용이 변경될 수 있습니다.

위원단은 개인정보처리방침을 통하여 이용자의 개인정보가 남용되거나 유출되지 않도록 최선을다할 것이며, 이용자가 제공하는 개인정보가 어떠한 용도와 방식으로 이용되고 있고, 개인정보보호를 위해 어떠한 조치가 취해지고 있는지 다음과 같이 고지하며, 개인정보처리방침을 개정하는 경우 웹사이트 공지사항 (또는 개별공지)을 통하여 공지할 것입니다.

1. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 동의

위원단은 AP 시험 운영과 관련하여 다음과 같은 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.
 - 개인정보 수집항목 (온라인 지원서 제출항목): 성명 (국문/영문), 생년월일, 성별, 이메일, 연락처 정보 (전화번호:자택, 휴대폰), 거주지 (자택 주소), 학년, 학생 ID번호, 부모/보호자 교육정보, 부모/보호자 비상연락처(이름, 휴대폰, 이메일), 응시과목, (시험비용 환불 신청자에 한해) 은행 계좌 정보 및 예금주 이름
 - 정보 수집방법 : 온라인 웹사이트 지원서식

3. 개인정보의 수집 및 이용목적
위원단은 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 활용합니다.
 - AP 시험등록 및 운영의 목적

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간
원칙적으로, 개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 개인정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다.

5. 개인정보의 파기절차 및 방법
 - 파기절차: 수집된 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 별도의 데이터 베이스로 옮겨져 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 의한 정보보호 사유에 따라 (보유 및 이용기간 참조) 일정기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다. 개인정보는 법률에 의한 경우가 아니고서는 보유 이외의 다른 목적으로 이용되지 않습니다.
 - 파기방법: 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.

6. 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 공유
위원단은 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
- 한미교육위원단의 AP 시험운영상, AP 주관사인 미국 College Board에 제공
- 법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우

7. 수집한 개인정보의 취급 위탁
위원단은 AP 시험 신청자의 동의없이 개인정보를 6항의 개인정보의 제3자 제공 및 공유난에 명시된 이외의 기관과 업체에는 제공하지 않으며, 향후 그러한 필요가 생길 경우, 위탁 대상자와 위탁 업무 내용에 대해 개인에게 통지하고 필요한 경우 사전 동의를 받도록 합니다.
본 동의서의 효력은 해당 AP 시험과 관련된 제반사항이 변경되는 경우에도 유효하며, 개인 정보는 제공된 날로부터 동의 철회 시 또는 제공된 목적을 달성할 때까지 보유 및 이용됩니다. 동의 철회 또는 제공된 목적 달성 후에는 위에 기재된 이용 목적과 관련된 민원처리, 법령상 의무이행 등 한미교육위원단의 업무를 위하여 필요한 범위 내에서만 보유 및 이용됩니다.

8. 동의를 거부할 권리 및 동의를 거부할 경우의 불이익
위 개인(신용)정보의 수집 및 이용에 관한 동의는 거부할 경우 AP 시험에 등록할 수 없습니다.

Register for AP Exams

Notes on selecting exams:

Students can not register for or take the same AP exam more than once in the same year.
Students can not take both Calculus AB and Calculus BC in the same year.
Please be cautious not to select exams that are administered at the same date and time.
Students can not register for the same AP exam at two different schools or test centers.

Deadline for portfolio submission:

AP Seminar, AP Research: Students must be enrolled in an authorized AP course for registration. They must submit final performance tasks, and their presentations must be scored by their AP teachers by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2025. Additionally, AP Seminar students must also take an end-of-course exam at the test center.
AP Computer Science Principles: Students must submit their Create performance task as final by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2025, and take an end-of-course exam at the test center.
AP 2-D Art and Design, AP 3-D Art and Design, AP Drawing: Students must submit images of their work online. The submission deadline for digital portfolios is May 9, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET.

Exam Fee Payment:

After registering for the exam, please follow the instructions on the confirmation screen or in the email to pay the AP exam fees.
The exam fee must be paid within 7 days of registration and before the registration deadline. Registrations with unpaid fees will be automatically canceled after the payment deadline.
A payment confirmation will be sent via SMS text message or email 2-3 business days after payment.
If paying the exam fees via international wire transfer, please allow sufficient time for the payment to be processed before the payment deadline. International wire transfers typically take approximately 2-3 business days.
